If you opt in to SMS communications during registration or through your account settings, we will send you recurring text messages including marketing promotions and service notifications.

We use a third-party messaging provider to send text messages. Your phone number may be shared with this provider solely for the purpose of delivering messages.
When you submit a Hole In One Skill Challenge entry, the video is automatically transmitted to and stored by us. We use this video to verify your submission.
As described in our Terms of Service, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use submitted videos — including both successful hole in ones and missed attempts — for marketing, advertising, and social media purposes. Your name, general location (city/state), and membership tier may be referenced in connection with your video if used publicly.
We retain Challenge videos for a minimum of 90 days following submission. Videos used for marketing purposes may be retained indefinitely.

The app requires location/GPS access to function properly, particularly for identifying golf courses, verifying qualifying holes, and validating Hole In One Skill Challenge submissions. You may disable location access in your device settings, but doing so will limit core app functionality and disqualify you from Challenge participation.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (e.g., golf course booking platforms). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
